Commercial lending is assessed on a case by case basis and like-wise, professional fees, if charged, will be confirmed in writing at the time we are retained by clients.

We will not charge a fee where we are not confident of obtaining a satisfactory lender offer subject to our 'indicative terms agreement'.

In the main, we charge a non-refundable fee of up to £495.00 when retained by a client to assess and research a proposal for funding.

We may charge a fee of up to 1% on issue of a lenders formal offer or heads of terms. Part or all of this may be deferred until drawdown or 60 days after offer is made.
